I'm having trouble downloading the file.
This problem is usually due to issues on the customer's end (high local internet traffic, a slow internet connection and/or an overloaded computer). The solution is often simple:

1. Reboot your computer
2. Open your web browser and don't open any other programs
3. Try the download link again

Additionally, you may need to disable your firewall temporarily while downloading the file.
